Thank you for your interest in the puppies at CONTENDER FARMS. We breed AKC Registered Chihuahuas and a Chihuahua and Brussels Griffon cross called a BRUSSCHI.The Brusschi is truly a wonderful little dog full of personality and tender love. The combination of the Chihuahua traits and the magical mystery of the Brussels Griffon is unique in many ways. The personality, although they are all individual, is playful and intelligent, extremely kind and loving, with an alertness but not aggressive. Their size is small weighing from three pounds to six pounds. The color and coat combinations also vary. My second generation Brusschi male is "Easy Street". He is four and three quarter pounds with a gorgeous apricot long soft coat, huge eyes and simply wonderful disposition. My chihuahua male is Magic Man, he is very small at only three pounds, and has many champions in his pedigree, he will be bred this year for the first time. My females are known as "The Bellas" of CONTENDER FARMS. LillaBella, Arabella, BlueBella, MiraBella, TinkaBella, CindaBella and BallerinaBella, all are simply adorable. Arabella has had her first littler of puppies and oh my what adorable puppies they are. Please check the puppy page! All of my dogs are bred for temperament first, as I feel these very small dogs will be your companions and will need to have an easy way about them to travel and be around a multitude of situations. My dogs also have beauty and intelligence and have been raised in a wonderful environment. They have their own puppy room in my home, air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. They have huge play areas on grass, lots of toys and each other to play with. They will receive quality veterinarian care but fortunately all of them have been happy and healthy since they were born. All of my dogs reach the age of at least eighteen months before being bred.I will only be breeding for 3-4 years and then my dogs will retire with me for the remainder of their lives. I hope the amount of joy, happiness, smiles and companionship these puppies will bring to you will be truly full filling, and a lifetime commitment.

Two adorable Brusschi females available for sale. AraBella's first litter of Brusschi puppies arrived on September 4th, 2009. Easy Street is the proud daddy of these gorgeous puppies. WoW what a great surprise, a blue with fawn, short to medium coat and blue eyes and a tri color, long coat who looks and feels like a tiny teddy bear. I couldn't be happier with these healthy, happy, tiny babies. They will be small, around 3-4 pounds and will be not be suitable for a home with small children. Very unusual and unique not only being a Brusschi but the color and coat is very rare. They could be the only Blue Brusschi and Tri colored Brusschi. If you want to have small, rare and exotic and have a safe and loving home, either one of these puppies will make you a wonderful companion.
